Terms & conditions
Using Mailpico
These terms govern use of the Mailpico macOS development preview and product website. By using Mailpico, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must be legally able to accept these terms and authorized to access each connected account. Updated 15 October 2026.
Preview availability
Mailpico is development software. Features may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. No public download, purchase, subscription, or service-level commitment is offered by this website. Use a test mailbox and retain copies of important information. Google, Apple, and your email providers have separate terms that continue to apply.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your device, connected accounts, and actions you take through Mailpico. Do not use Mailpico for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, or interference with other services. Respect recipients’ rights and applicable laws. Your provider may restrict access independently of Mailpico.
Messages, AI, and scheduling
You retain your rights to your email and other content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review names, facts, attachments, and recipients before using a suggestion. Mailpico does not send mail solely because a model proposes it. Scheduled sending depends on Mailpico running on the correct account and your Mac remaining awake and online. Delivery timing is not guaranteed; review missed or uncertain sends.
Privacy and your choices
The privacy policy explains data access and processing. You may revoke Google authorization or disconnect accounts at any time. Disconnecting removes local account data after confirmation and may remove unsent drafts; it does not delete the remote mailbox. Export anything you need to keep first.
Software and third-party rights
Mailpico source code is provided under its MIT license; these website terms do not remove rights granted under that license. Third-party components and AI models have their own licenses and notices. Google and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC. Mailpico is an independent app and is not endorsed by Google or Apple.
No purchase terms yet
This website does not sell Mailpico or collect payment. Any future paid offering must present its price, license terms, activation data practices, and applicable cancellation or refund rights before purchase. These preview terms do not promise a paid service or future feature.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, preview software is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. The developer is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on inaccurate AI output or unavailable third-party services to the extent law permits. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct, or negligence.
Ending use and updates
You may stop using Mailpico at any time, revoke provider access, and uninstall it. Important changes will be reflected in updated terms and presented for acceptance where required. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections remain in force.
